SBKI SJC -"Reinforced concrete structures and articles” was founded in 1991 as a cooperative, occurring naturally for business activity with some of the assets and employees of ZSK-Plovdiv. In 2005 was registered as join stock company SBKI at Plovdiv District Court , which collects assets, business investment and further development. The company has one level system of governance with board of directors and is represented by President of BD Mr.Vladimir Kolev. In 2007 SBKI SJC completed the first phase of the program of technological innovation in the production of concrete and reinforced concrete pipes for sewage and road and railway culverts under BNS EN 1916 and sewage shafts according to the EN 1917. There was put into operation first 18h60m hall with two bridge cranes, fitted with new (Danish production) machines for the above products. During the period since he was found cooperative SBKI - Plovdiv has realized the object of their work, extended by SBKI SJC Plovdiv, with good economic and financial performance, without liability to third persons and companies. With its two main production facilities in Plovdiv and Katunitsa ,two auxiliary - repair and machine shop and motor transport, with the average employment of 100 workers and profesional, SBKI SBJ Plovdiv has steady presence on the construction market in Bulgaria.
