SBKI SJC -"Reinforced concrete structures and articles” was founded in 1991 as a cooperative, occurring naturally for business activity with some of the assets and employees of ZSK-Plovdiv. In 2005 was registered as join stock company SBKI at Plovdiv District Court , which collects assets, business investment and further development. The company has one level system of governance with board of directors and is represented by President of BD Mr.Vladimir Kolev.SBKI SJC - Plovdiv has two production sites in Plovdiv and village Katunitsa, each equipped with ready mixed machine for concrete, crane equipment, transportation and building technology laboratory. The assets were acquired through privatization and newly purchased and are 100% private.
Material and technical base was created for the following construction industries:
- Manufacture of precast concrete structures for residential, office, industrial buildings, bridge and culverts, as well as design and produce unique elements or by set design drawings.
- Round concrete and reinforced concrete pipes for the construction of sewers, presureless
- Round reinforced concrete pipe culverts for road
- Manufacture of concrete products (tiles, curbs, road stripes, cladding panels for roadside channels and others);
- Manufacture of concrete and lime solutions for the needs of construction in the region
- Preparation of reinforcing steel
- Manufacture and installation of PVC profile systems with licensed technology and materials of company "DECEUNINCK" - BELGIUM
During the period since he was found cooperative SBKI - Plovdiv has realized the object of their work, extended by SBKI SJC Plovdiv, with good economic and financial performance, without liability to third persons and companies. With its two main production facilities in Plovdiv and Katunitsa ,two auxiliary - repair and machine shop and motor transport, with the average employment of 100 workers and profesional, SBKI SBJ Plovdiv has steady presence on the construction market in Bulgaria.
