SBKI SJC -"Reinforced concrete structures and articles” was founded in 1991 as a cooperative, occurring naturally for business activity with some of the assets and employees of ZSK-Plovdiv. In 2005 was registered as join stock company SBKI at Plovdiv District Court , which collects assets, business investment and further development. The company has one level system of governance with board of directors and is represented by President of BD Mr.Vladimir Kolev. In 2007 SBKI SJC completed the first phase of the program of technological innovation in the production of concrete and reinforced concrete pipes for sewage and road and railway culverts under BNS EN 1916 and sewage shafts according to the EN 1917.
